Generasi GIGIH Reflection Learning Week 4: The Power of Optimism

Hey People of the Internet! 👋 Welcome back to my story!

In this opportunity, I am not going to share what happen during class in Generasi GIGIH Intermediate Level, instead I would like to tell about the scoreboard of activeness or we called “Xperience Board” that the organizers have shown to us.

First of all, according to the board, from 282 participants, I am on the 158 rank. very sad right😥 I knew that I am not very active in class, I think I only active on the English class and the IDP class, because, of course, the participant of the class is a lot smaller than the technical class. I also realized that I am still afraid to asked question in class even to give question on the comment box. Bad habit I think.

You know, I am glad that the organizer share the scoreboard, because now I realized that I need to be more active in class. I need to be brave enough to asked question or just share my opinion in front of class. To be honest, I don’t think I am going to make it to the next level, but you will never know until you try right! So what I am gonna do now is improve myself, step out of my comfort zone and do the best. Let God do the rest.

To all my friends that have made to the top of the board, GOOD JOB GUYS 💪. I know for a fact that everyone on the top board (at least in my class) is the one that always active in class for like ask a question, share their opinion, or even help others solving a problem. I really need to have the same courage as you guys and I really need to know what is your motivation to keep active in this 4 weeks?

There is always up and down in this life. For all my friend that find out their score is low/not as expected, don’t give up just yet guys. We still have 2 more weeks to improve our self. Put your chin up and start again. If in the end, we still not make it, just remember all the good things happen during this program, I sure that all of us get a lot of new knowledges and experiences.
